For more than 20 years, I have developed a passion and skill for stone masonry. From flagstone patios, retaining walls, and creative boulder placement, to new residential masonry features and historic preservation, I use stone to help define personal spaces for my clientele. During this time, I have had the pleasure to work with and learn from nationally known stone mason and landscape designer, Charles Seha, internationally recognized mason, Tomas Lipps, and most recently with Terry Alexander of Stonecraft, focusing on historic preservation. I have completed projects in California, El Salvador, Oregon, Arizona, New Mexico, and Colorado. This diversity of place and mentors has provided a wealth of varying experiences, styles, and materials that have aided in my evolution as a craftsman.

Over the past 8 years, I have focused on historic masonry preservation, speaking at historic preservation seminars throughout the state. I have worked as the hands-on supervisor for many private and state-funded projects across Colorado, overseeing site analysis, matching historic mortar, stone and brick restoration, and structural stabilization. Currently, while continuing to work on projects throughout the state, I act as the on-call mason for historic preservation projects for the City of Manitou Springs.
